RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. 

Returns

Note: Returns are only processed when item received is damaged or the wrong product /style/size was sent. Returns are not processed for reasons like "Not Suitable or Not what I expected", unless we make an exemption.

Returns are valid only within the 7 days after your order is delivered. You have to contact us within the 7 days after your has been delivered

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Certain products cannot be returned, we will indicate this in the product page. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support@cigloos.com
